En \u00e9ducation comme dans tous les domaines, ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Ces besoins ne pas souvent couverts par manque de formation des enseignants et trop grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de maladies rares. Les informations collect\u00e9es dans le questionnaire soumis aux enseignants de La Mancha (Castille-Espagne) ont montr\u00e9 que malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9sir d\u2019inclure les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant une maladie rare, dans l\u2019ensemble, les enseignants manquaient de connaissances minimales sur leurs besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Ces r\u00e9sultats montrent que des ressources et une formation sp\u00e9cifiques sont n\u00e9cessaires pour apporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e9ducatives individualis\u00e9es.
