La mitad de nuestros cormosomas provienen de nuestra madres y la otra mitad de nuestro padre. Tenemos en total 22 pares de cromosomas. Los genes se inscriben sobre los cromosomas. Cada enfermedad gen\u00e9tica corresponde a un \u00ab\u00a0defecto\u00a0\u00bb en uno (o varios) gene (s). Existen dos maneras de transmitir el gen defectuoso\u00a0: Autos\u00f3mica dominante y Autos\u00f3mica recesiva<\/p>\n<p>En cada embarazo, existen los mismos riesgos de transmisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Autos\u00f3mica Dominante<\/u><\/strong><strong> Es suficiente que uno s\u00f3lo de los cromosomas tenga el gen defectuoso para que la enfermedad se manifieste (se muestre)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Padre (o madre)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Madre (o padre)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8579\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cutislaxa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/TransGenDomin-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cutislaxa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/TransGenDomin-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cutislaxa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/TransGenDomin.jpg 311w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/> Ni\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los dos padres est\u00e1 afectado de una enfermedad autos\u00f3mica dominante. Tiene uno de sus dos cromosomas con el defecto gen\u00e9tico. Su cuerpo \u00ab\u00a0muestra\u00a0\u00bb la enfermedad, se \u00ab\u00a0expresa\u00a0\u00bb. En cada embarazo existen un 50% de posibilidades de que transmita la enfermedad a su hijo, y, por lo tanto, de tener un hijo que \u00e9l mismo tenga la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Autos\u00f3mica Recesive.<\/u><\/strong><strong> Es necesario que los 2 cromosomas sean portadores del gen defectuoso para que la enfermedad se manifieste.
